Day 4 in Matosinhos - Cooking and dancing

Firstly, a Portuguese teacher prepared for us a presentation explaining the problem of food waste and how we can avoid throwing away food in good condition. Afterwards, we cooked a recipe to avoid wasting food. We cooked toast with a courgette paste, made with sugar, lemon, and water. After that we were divided in groups, and we completed a Kahoot with five questions related to the topics we learned on the first day. The participants with the best score got a prize.

At midday, we had lunch in a nearby restaurant, we ate some traditional dishes of Portugal. Such as fish steak. Before this, we took part in a healthy dance class. The P.E teacher prepared merengue dance routines for us to learn. We had to get in pairs, following the teacher all the time.

Additionally, when we finished the dance class, the Portuguese teacher gave all of us Erasmus Project certificates. We took some photos with the certificates. Finally, we went to Parque da Cidade de Oporto and we walked for a very long time. We saw a lot of geese on the lakes and on the grass, the geese started to chase us.

We finished the day going for dinner.  It has been a very fun day, we had a great time, and we enjoyed ourselves a lot.
